Seminci returns for its 70th edition as a family-friendly event thanks to the Seminci Playroom: The Red Balloon.
Through this initiative, the festival will offer a play area for children between six months and twelve years of age, which can be enjoyed by the festival team, accredited guests, and the general public.
The playroom will be open on October 28, 29, 30, and 31.
The initiative, carried out in collaboration with Valladolid City Council, the Association of Women Filmmakers and Audiovisual Media (CIMA), and the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA), together with The Red Balloon Alliance, will be managed by GRUPO KIDS AND PARTY MULTIESPACIOS DE OCIO EDUCATIVO.
What’s more, this year, the first five children to sign up for the play center will receive a free T-shirt!

Babies from 6 months to girls and boys of 12 years.
Food and hygiene
Each child must bring a backpack with food, cutlery, cups-bottles, bibs, pacifiers-cuddly toys, change of clothes, diapers, sheet, blanket, pillow, etc.
Capacity
15 children. Maximum of 6 consecutive hours per day, so advance booking is required.
Rates to be paid on site in the compatible space
- 3-day pass (max 6 hours): €30
- Day pass (max 6 hours): €15
- 3-hour pass: €7
All those registered for the Seminci - Globo Rojo Playroom vouchers and passes must present a copy of their accreditation or ticket purchase for the screening.
