- The organisers cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets unless they have been purchased from official sales outlets.
- Once a ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be permitted.
- Tickets will not be replaced in the event of loss, damage, theft or destruction.
- Tickets purchased at a discount or at a special rate must be validated by presenting supporting documentation upon entry to the venue. If the relevant proof is not presented, the tickets will not be valid.
- Upon entering the venue, members of the public may be subject to a search in accordance with the law. Entry is not permitted with any items that the organisers may deem dangerous. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.
- Admission is subject to the holder possessing a valid ticket in good condition. The ticket holder forfeits their rights upon leaving the venue. It is at the organisers’ discretion to grant access to the venue once the performance has begun.
- The organisers reserve the right to alter or amend the event programme. In the event of cancellation, the organisers undertake to refund the ticket price.
- Complaints regarding the staging, alteration or cancellation of the show must be addressed to the organisers upon presentation of the ticket.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to read the details and specific features of each show.
Ticket terms and conditions:
The purchase or use of a ticket or invitation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions:
- SEMINCI reserves the right to make changes to the programme for organisational reasons or due to force majeure. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in cases provided for by law.
- Tickets must be purchased through official channels and kept in good condition until entry to the cinema. SEMINCI cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third parties.
- Entry to the cinema will not be permitted once the screening has begun. We recommend arriving well in advance.
- During screenings, it is not permitted to take photographs, film or make recordings without authorisation, nor to consume food or drink inside the screening theatres.
- Access to and presence within the venues will be subject to the applicable safety and public order regulations and to the instructions of festival staff and venue staff, who reserve the right to refuse admission.
- Access will not be permitted with objects or substances whose introduction is prohibited by current regulations or which may pose a risk to people.
- Minors must, where applicable, be accompanied by an adult and comply with the relevant admission conditions.
- SEMINCI accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of tickets or vouchers.
