Seminci offers festivalgoers a family-friendly childcare service through Seminci Playroom: The Red Balloon.
This initiative provides a safe, supervised play area where children aged six months to twelve years can enjoy themselves while their parents attend screenings or other festival activities.
Seminci Playroom: The Red Balloon will be open from Tuesday, October 27 to Friday, October 30, at the José Zorrilla House Museum. Opening hours will be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday to Thursday, and from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday, October 30.
On Friday, October 30, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, the day before Halloween, the playroom will also host a special workshop dedicated to one of children’s favourite celebrations, where they can create spooky arts and crafts. Book your place on site or via WhatsApp at +34 688 876 518.
The initiative is supported by the Association of Women Filmmakers and Audiovisual Media (CIMA), with funding from the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA), and is organised in collaboration with Valladolid City Council and The Red Balloon Alliance. The playroom will be managed by GRUPO KIDS AND PARTY MULTIESPACIOS DE OCIO EDUCATIVO.
In addition, the first five children registered for the playroom will receive a free official Seminci T-shirt.
