Born in Valladolid in 1986, he is a member of Ecologistas en Acción in Action and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Valladolid and ENSAM Arts et Métiers Paris-Tech, as well as being in possession of a Master’s degree in Electrical Energy and Sustainable Development from ENSAM Lille (2008), and a PhD in Economics from the University of the Basque Country (2016), with the dissertation ‘Development and Applications of Integrated Assessment Models for Sustainability’. Since 2017, he has worked as a Researcher at the University of Valladolid (UVa), having been a reci- pient of a Juan de la Cierva postdoctoral fellowship.
