Nüll García

Actress and director born in Madrid in 1986. With her first short film, ‘Ferrotipos’ (2020), she won the Jury Prize in Medina del Campo, the award for best short film at the Community of Madrid Short Film Week, and the Audience Award in Huesca and Alcalá de Henares. With her next short film, ‘Malegro verte’ (2023), currently in festivals, she won the Movistar Plus+ Award at Cinema Jove and the awards for best short film at the Almagro and Cabra festivals. In 2022, she premiered her first work as a theatre director and playwright at the Teatro del Barrio: ‘No soy tu gitana’. As an actress she has worked in ‘Blue Skin’ and ‘Acacias 38’, and in plays such as ‘The Seagull’, ‘Don Quixote’, ‘The Shape of Things’ and ‘The Unveiling’. She is founder of the theatre company La Extraña.
