In Another Time

Beto, a retired footballer, returns to his hometown to take up a routine job. He stays in a family flat with his niece Elisa, who is fully focused on preparing for her civil service exams. Over the course of a single day, the story follows his wanderings through the streets, in contrast to her daily routine. At the end of the day, the two share memories and moments of silence.
Santos Díaz
He is graduated in Film Directing from the CECC, where he made three short films. After returning to Galicia, he directed "A liña política" (2015), which premiered at the Locarno Film Festival, followed by "Os prexuízos da auga" (2019) and "Din que non falan" (2023). In 2020, he received an AGADIC Talent Grant to develop the feature film "Só o ruído", now in the financing stage. He regularly takes part in film presentations, encounters and festivals, such as Filmoteca de Galicia, Novos Cinemas, and FICBueu.
