Spaces of encounter for film creation, learning and collective reflection.
The “At the Cinemas” program is designed for primary school students (Miniminci) and secondary school students, including those in vocational training programs (Seminci Joven), to attend films free of charge and use the educational materials provided by the festival’s Education Department to analyze the movies in class. Through this program, SEMINCI aims to develop a new generation of critical and inquisitive viewers, capable of understanding current challenges through cinema. This program offers a selection of films that reflect global realities with an accessible and universal language.
Immersing oneself in diverse aesthetic approaches and participating in discussions with filmmakers after the screenings are key elements of our approach, allowing young viewers to connect deeply with the art of filmmaking and understand the creative processes behind each work.
MINIMINCI: Aimed at schools from primary level onwards.
SEMINCI JOVEN: Designed for a broad audience, from secondary school students to university students and beyond.
SEMINCI IN THE PROVINCE: Aimed at Primary and Secondary School spectators in the province (in the 2025 edition the municipalities are Tordesillas and Tudela de Duero).
