A group of young people, selected by the Valladolid Youth Council from among the city’s residents aged between 21 and 30 with experience in the audiovisual sector, have the opportunity to choose three winners of the SEMINCI Youth Award from among the films programmed in the Official Section of Feature Films, Short Films and Meeting Point of the 70th edition.
