Current Artistic Director of the Ficunam. He has more than twenty years of experience as a curator and organizer of film festivals. In 2010 he cofounded Inte- rior13, which focuses on distribution, production and programming. He is the executive producer of films by Julio Hernández Cordón, Camila José Donoso, Yulene Olaizola and Nicolás Pereda. In 2015, he joined the Museum of Modern Art in Medellín (MAMM) as an ad- visor and curator of the film programme, establishing the MAMM as one of Colombia’s most important alter- native exhibition venues. He has served on the jury at festivals such as FIDMarseille, Doclisboa, Mar del Plata, Cartagena de Indias, Gijón, Miami, RIDM and FICValdi- via, and is a member of the Locarno Pro – Open Doors – Consultancy committee. He has written extensively on film and is an editor for various publications.
