O Boitatá Incandescente

In the year 1400, around a campfire in the heart of the South American rainforest, an old man recounts, in the Guarani language, some memories of Boitatá, protector of the forests. Today, a sculpture inspired by the same figure and erected in the city of Florianópolis, comes to life under the full moon. The creature soars through the night sky, confronting pollution and urban sprawl. In this narrative, art and fire connect past and present to question the future.
