SEMINCI focuses on the Spanish film industry through the “Conference on Independent Distribution” that allows exploring the current and future paths of this industry in Spain.

The purpose of these conferences is to detect the problems of the sector in different areas, with the premise of generating ideas to improve their situation.

For this, work tables and debates are organized on the different factors that affect distribution, such as the appearance of new platforms and forms of exhibition, the future of film festivals and the distribution of auteur films, or the promotion of cinema. in classrooms, among others.
